The assistant manager answered and was immediately kind, helpful, and apologetic about the experience I’d just had. She told me to come in and they’d take care of it — and they absolutely did! When I arrived, they made my order with no issues, even as several online orders came in behind me. The team was efficient and polite, and the assistant manager went above and beyond with her customer service. This location turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I truly appreciate the way they handled everything. 5 stars — thank you for making it right and treating your customers with respect. Shoutout to the assistant manager for being amazing!
