I'm disabled and can only do my grocery shopping 1x a week so I do multiple grocery pick up orders from different stores safeway was last on my rounds and when I got home there was something spilled ALL OVER my car and all over the hundreds of dollars worth of groceries that I just got. Upon further inspection of the groceries and where this mysterious liquid was coming from it was coming from the chicken I just got from safeway!!! So that means that there is chicken blood all over ALL my groceries!! When I called safeway I spoke to a lovely manager named Daniel where she proceeded to tell me I would have to wait for someone else to contact me (leaving me with no food to feed my family!) My husband said that isn't going to be acceptable we need someone to deal with this today. Daniel proceeds to call me back give me an attitude and to let me know she could literally care less! I don't understand how they can get away with this!! Absolutely disgusting in this economy too!

I asked Laurie and Lena at the deli if they were making some anytime soon and even though they hadn't planned on it, they offered to make the exact one I asked for on the spot! Super grateful to both of them, they were very nice and friendly, and supplied the rest of my week with lunch. Always have a great experience with the staff at Cheyenne Safeway!
