- SSSashaOct 25, 20251.0I'm at a disbelief this happened... I placed an order online via the Pizza Hut app for a later delivery, about 1.5hrs. I got a text message from Doordash that they would be delivering it, then a text after that, that they were on the way. Over an hour before I would and could be home. I texted doordash driver and called the Pizza Hut store. Pizza Hut manager admitted the app sucked and that it did not show as a later delivery on their end. Refused to give me a refund or remake it and deliver at requested time. Although the kind doordasher went back and talked to them, was told it would be remade. That didnt happen. Manager offered me a $20 coupon though... $20 coupon for $75 debit equivelant? So I don't have dinner (not even cold food) tonight for my family after work, and I'm robbed of nearly $75 including 20% tip. I can't believe a manager or store would find this remotely acceptable to not make right. Photos to support my claim.
