We were asked if we’d like some bread and we said yes. Didn’t see any bread… we ordered a couple beers before getting our food and didn’t see them until we were finished eating. Congrats Gregory Mead on the probably the worst experience of all time. Would think about taking your name off the front of the restaurant big guy!

She was unable to find the card in their system but gave us $20.00 off our ticket. What a pleasant surprise. BTW, the blue cheese vinegerette salad dressing was amazing. The filet was also delicious.

I mostly get my food to go - 5 consecutive times in 3 weeks my steaks have been severely underdone. Two times prior to this stretch my steak was undercooked. They offer to take it back to heat it - it came back still undercooked but with more sear. Great. Sent it back again and it came out hard as a brick. The amount of time there have been items missing from my to-go order is too high to count now. The staff here is great. But I’ve reached my limit and will not spend another dime at this Outback. I’d give it one star but I really did appreciate the kind staff members.
