    This is my first time writing a review, but I'm choosing to speak up to inspire change. We visited the Yellowstone McDonald's today at 6:12, and my 4-year-old discovered a piece that resembled hard plastic in a chicken nugget. My husband and I examined it, but we didn't say anything. The second time, we found the same thing, so I put it in a napkin and informed the worker. He said, 'Let me talk to them,' and then he was gone. No one asked us anything. On our way out, I asked one of the workers, a tall young guy, 'Excuse me,' and he yelled back, 'I'm on break!' I understand that, but there are other ways to communicate. I'm sharing this experience to encourage empathy and kindness, especially in front of children. My daughter asked, 'Mom, why is he mad?' I didn't say anything, I just left, but I hope this inspires a positive transformation.

    Id like to know why they closed the lobby an hour early then took 10 plus minutes to make 6 sodas and 2 chocolate milks.. at this point corporate needs to come to every McDonald's in cheyenne. Seriously ridiculous... Yet again the lobby is closed early. Honestly don't care if they're short staffed. My husband runs another one and is constantly short staffed and doesn't get that option

    Nate, the manager, runs an amazing restaurant. He took care of my 20 hamburger order in the middle of the lunch rush with absolute professionalism. This is the best McDonalds restaurant in town!! Thanks again nate!!
