I don’t appreciate spending $50 to eat out and not getting decent food and service. The only person that redeemed my experience a little was Don. To explain; they were out of both the peppermint bark for the blizzards and cheese curds, which by the way were the only reasons why we went there. But the person who first came to the window told us that they were out of those and then walked away. Then when he came back I asked him “did you say you were out of the cheese curds?” And he sat there playing with a spoon and slowly nodded and walked away again. Don, who I had to go in and ask for his name, was the only one who came to the window and offered any real service. But we didn’t get the lids for the blizzards, a drink carrier which we obviously needed, the stuff we ordered or even a justifiable compensation for replacement. All together I will not be going back and I suggest no one else does if this is how the place is going to be run.

You guys do better than, Wendy’s, McDonalds, and Burger King altogether. They could stand to hire more and give the ones that are there some much needed help. I love this place!
