The evening shift is disgruntled and unhelpful with are no smiling, no friendliness and doesn’t want to be there. They are generally just unpleasant people- the manager needs to get a hold of their employees. This is no way to do business.

Take your business elsewhere, and if it is due to staff shortages? Well from inside sources maybe if they treated their staff better they wouldn’t be short staffed.
