  I ordered a steak burrito bowl. Was awful. No flavor, dried out rice, stale pinto beans, questionable sour cream. The steak was dry dry dry and tough.

  So I came to chipoltes to pick up our dinner. When I went to pay I was asked if it I would be paying with cc or cash. Our bill was$23.48 and I gave him $24.00 he looked perplexed so I ask him if I had given him enough money. He said yes but he did not know how much change to give me. He had some change in his hand but finally asked me "you don't need your change do you?" I said I guess not it's only .52 cents and he replied "because I would have to go get someone how much to give you. I said I guess not and left. When I got home and told my husband he said people that could not count change should not be in charge of a cash register and how many others had he done that to.

  The last 2 times I have been here the rice has been crunchy. I went there last night and there was a full basil leaf in my food and the rice was crunchy and the steak tasted weird which is unusual. The night staff didn’t have good customer service. They also are awful at wrapping burritos, and it sucks we spent as much money as we did to get something I couldn’t even stand to eat. Really need to get better staff here it’s disappointing when it can be fixed with better staff.

  Take out order. Chicken tacos were 1/3 sour cream with the meat (which was supposed to be chicken) having come from the trim pile - nothing but fat & gristle. The massive amount of sour cream to cover up the crap meat? After 3 attempts at bites, I threw the entire thing in the trash. $15 down the tubes. We hadn't eaten here for almost a year for similar issues previously. Needless to say, we won't be going back. Ever.

  As we were heading back to Denver, we popped into this Chipotle location and ordered a couple of bowls. We stop at many Chipotle locations across the country and this one was one of our best experiences! I was helped by both Wendy and Jerry who were wonderful, absolutely wonderful. We had a nice chat and some laughs while they were preparing our food and it was just great to visit with some new people. Nowadays, it's more difficult to find good customer service and friendly people when going out, but we definitely found it here. You could tell that they were happy and enjoy working to satisfy their customers. The atmosphere was clean and lively. The only thing that I would change would be the music selection, it was a little out dated, a new playlist might be nice. Anyway, we travel to WY frequently and will make sure to stop by this location again!
