Never again. 7 times in a row they’ve messed up the order, not even by a little. Missing entire sides. Extras we’ve paid for. EVERY TIME. I normally like to leave good reviews. But at this point and multiple calls to the store management to ask if they can help manage these issues, they shrug it off. Offer a $20 in store coupon and don’t change a thing. The burgers taste worse than Burger King and have that fake flavor sort of smoke stuff at least the last time I ordered. Fries are rancid and cold, and over peppered. I’d love to tell you how the Mac n cheese is if we EVER get it. They must only hire people that can’t read, or do not care. Door dash doesn’t even refund the full cost sometimes of the things missing, and at this point if you order, let me be the science experiment. 7/7 times they can’t get it right. And what we got was sub par. Do not order from here. Three different managers promised “we will make sure management signs off on door dash orders to make sure things are correct and nothings missing!” Just “not on busy nights”. Or “must have missed it”. They do not care. I was nice the first three-4 times. Figured it couldn’t keep happening or be worse. And last night was the final straw. Missing more food. All excuses. And one of us was stuck in the restroom all night long over a mid tier chicken wrap.
