We have never felt more loved and catered to in any restaurant experience. Angelo and the crew were extremely kind and we would go back here anytime we are in the area. Kudos to the shift manager and everyone working, we will be back!

I made an online order and got the BBQ Bacon burger, when I went to take a bite it was so hard I couldn't and it lifted up my bottom denture. It was so dry like Jerky. I couldn't go back to the store I had another place to be. So I called the store when I got a chance and asked for a manager or supervisor, I got Brittany. She was nice, friendly and understanding. She apologized with sincerely and to put her name on the receipt and when I come back in they'll make it right at no charge. That's excellent customer service. Also, kudos to the drive thru associate. I've never had an issue. ❤️ Arby's. Overall, good experience except for the burger.
