When I pointed it out the worker helping me said "oh yeah that was supposed to be a chiller, one second" and toom back the drink. Instead of remaking it and putting cream in it they just barely bended it and put it in a cup. The ice chunks were huge and the cream didnt mix in because of that and because it was just whipped cream blended. I understand how it can get busy there but I was there at 7 in the morning on a Saturday and there was only one other car in the drive through. Very disappointing, especially since you're paying close to $8 for a single drink.
