Bought salads. They had fresh ingredients, plus we were given all packages of dressing, nuts, etc. Freshest and best tasting salad in town! We will be going back!!

Ordered a small snack of curly fries and jalapeño poppers. They came out piping hot and were even given a warning by the staff. They were very tasty and would have them again.

I had left a review of Arby's earlier this evening, I usually go to the Arby's on Lincoln Way in Cheyenne Wy, Ive always been tteated great there! Tonight I made the unfortunate decision to stop by the Arby's on Yellowstone, since it would be on my way home. I went in the drive thru, I placed my order, two of the $7.99 boxes. I ordered the boxes added cheese to both, it came with drinks so I asked for the strawberry lemonade. Now, I totally understand it cost 75¢ for each order to add cheese. I didn't realize there was a charge for the strawberry lemonade as opposed to pop. As I was ordering the young lady taking my order was kinda rude just starting out. After my order was placed the girl came on and said it was $24. and change. I was kinda shocked and I asked her, why it was so much, and, before she even heard everything I was saying she goes, "It's already in the computer, I can't change it!" She said it over me several times,I never asked her to change anything, I was just trying to find out why it was $8 for tax and cheese. I told her to forget it, she was being so rude, I couldn't believe it! I pulled into the parking lot in front and went in to talk to the manager. When I went in Arby's , I saw one female talking to, what I realized, was the girl that took my order. I heard her say, "Did she ask you to change the price?" I spoke up and said I am the lady that she is talking about, I didn't ask her to change the price, can I please speak to a manager? All the employees ran and hid! It was crazy!!! I kept hearing laughing and seeing legs thru the prep table down the hall, I yelled back that I knew they were back there and that the manager needs to come up front, and, speak to me, or I was calling corporate! Not one of the employees came out. I went and got my phone, by this time, I'm really shook up, all the employees there, that I saw, were very young. I went back inside, there was a blond girl standing there. When I went to the girl and asked for the manager she said, she was. Whether she was or not I'm unsure, I was explaining to her what had occurred when I was in the drive-thru, well, she kept interrupting me, wouldn't let me hardly get a sentence out, she just kept going she's new, meaning, the girl that took my order. Even if the girl was new, being new, doesn't make you rude, if anything, a person would be trying to do their best if they were new. Anyway, it was obvious I wasn't getting anywhere, so I left, I let her know Id be calling Arby's corporate office. The minute I got in my car, I called Arby's corporate office. I don't like to have to do things like that but the young people working at Arby's on Yellowstone either need to be retrained or let go! I've been in management, I would NEVER let an employee treat a customer the way I was treated tonight. So as I was talking to Arby's corporate headquarters, I drove over to Arby's on Lincoln Way, I went inside placed my order, was charged correctly, and treated decent! I will not go to Arby's on Yellowstone again, until the employee situation is figured out... I wouldn't recommend that location at all! It was a very unpleasant experience. Writing it out does not do justice to just how terrible the service is over there. I went into the Lincoln Way location to thank the employees there for always providing me with competent, friendly service.
