  There are only 3 fastfood restaurants I frequent, and Wendy's is on that list. I've rarely had a long wait and staff is generally friendly, even when swamped. I don't go to this location often, but I've had good experiences; sometimes resulting in free items due to cancellations or errors and they simply offered the item.

  Went in today with my dad for lunch we had horrible service the person who took our order was some lady with a sling on her arm she barely acknowledged us we said thank you when we were done ordering she number whatever then walked off once out food was done and our order was called the same lady practically threw the food at us and shooed us away horrible service she should be fired my dad served this country and doesn't deserve all that

  I ordered from door dash. The food was fine but some items were missing. I called the restaurant and the person I spoke with was so rude. “I don’t know what to tell you, you can come here and get them or try to get you door dasher to”? What? You “don’t know what to tell me?” How about, “sorry that happened, we don’t really have a way to make it right unless you’re willing to come to the store.” 🤷🏼‍♀️ It wasn’t about the food, but as someone with experience working in customer service, I appreciate knowing when things go right, and when things aren’t so great. Disappointing.

  Dropped all my food outside my work cause the bag ripped and they replaced everything no questions asked. Really great trusting people. I was having the worst day and this turned it around thank you cy Wendy's 😍🙏

  Tired of being told to scoot forward or park for a simple order. I dont care about your "fast window line" for corporate. I ordered 2 breakfast biscuits and was asked to pull forward and park. Dumb and wastes everyone's time.
