  I went in for breakfast and since being pregnant I like to add pickles to my sausage McMuffin I can’t eat it without it makes me sick! I’ve never had trouble at either of the other McDonald’s in town but here it was a whole fight. The girl at the window was laughing at me and telling me no! Then the manager brought me pickles and conplained that she had to stop what she was doing to get them… like isn’t that your job??? I worked fast food for years you just do it! And don’t be rude! She told me it was impossible as well like clearly it’s not since you are handing them to me 🤣

  Slowest drive through in 4 states. Rudest customer service. Ronnie McDonald needs to come check on this place.

  Honestly the worst one I've been to in a while. Every time I go through the drive thru, no one takes my order. Literally just left because no one greeted me, they immediately cut off the automated greeting, greeted the person in the other lane, took their order and still nothing. The only reason I've TRIED going to this location is convenience of location due to my job. Absolutely appalling behavior though every time

  I ordered a #9 with mocha frappe. My burgers were covered in salt. Lateral salt. I called and the lady that answered the phone was rude. Said I needed to speak to the kitchen manager. I asked to speak to the kitchen manager. She hung up on me. This is not how you run a successful business. I can not have salt. You all need to learn to be kind and respectful. You need some leadership training. Learn to be kind. Listen to your customers.

  I ordered delievery for my darling girls birthday, The order had cold, soggy unsalted fries, they didn't include straws, and they forgot the ketchup for my kids' nuggets. Absolutely incompetent.
