  The usual McDonald's experience. Staff no longer acknowledges customers. It's pretty much self-serve. Food is typical. The Arch burger is decent. Not really juicy though. The Big Mac is still better.

  I normally don’t post reviews, but my experience today was disappointing. I came in for a burger and fries and it took about 25 minutes, even though I was the only customer inside the store at the time. While I was waiting, a drive-through customer came inside because there was an issue with her order and she asked for a refund, which seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled by the female manager was very unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, she made the customer feel foolish and began throwing things around behind the counter in what looked like a temper tantrum. Everyone has off days, but customers should still be treated with respect. The customer handled the situation with much more grace and composure than the manager did. Experiences like this make it difficult to want to return.

  Has bugs in their ice and they use their bare hands and feed themselves food and continue to do it. Places isn’t clean and use their bare hands to put nuggets in a box and serve it to customers. So disgusting

  Bought 40 nuggets and forgot the sauce when asked for it the lady was super rude then handed us 3 sauce packets. I don't understand why these people act like the sauce comes out of their paycheck. Nuggets are meant for dipping people
