Customers standing around waiting for orders for 20 minutes. One customer asked for a refund because it was taking so long and the manager had no idea how to handle it. It truly was comical watching these people try and fill the 3 orders that had. If Dave Thomas knew his business was being run like this, he’d shut it down.
