I know customer service is nearly non-existent pretty much everywhere these days, but a smile goes a long way instead of just a bunch of employees that look like they could stick their head in a fryer at any moment.

It was clean and most staff was friendly. However I cannot say the same about the timing. I only ordered a few soft tacos this evening and waited for over 17 minutes. I am not sure if id be returning back to this location anytime soon. its not the first time I waited so long even for even just a drink and no other customers were inside, no cars except 3 towards the drive thru parking lot, no one was in the drive thru, completely empty not to mention it took me more than 10 minute for anyone to take my order from inside. I'd understand if there was a large online order for pick up but no one was making any food while I was inside the store, more or less chit chat amongst drive thru and others towards the back.
