Today I tried to go in- got here around 8:40am when they open at 8. There are clearly employees inside but the lights are off, open sign off, door locked. I tried to knock, stood outside for 20 minutes, and called the store line twice with no response while employees are obviously moving around. It’s honestly very disappointing

Then placed the correct order. One $7 sandwich. The store says I need to get a refund from corporate. Corporate says they dont give refunds. What's the point of having an app? Other restaurants have figured out refunds. Do better Subway.
