  I ordered a protein bowl online to pick up on my way to work tonight. When I arrived they told me they were out of bowls and could not make my order unless I converted it to a sandwhich. I cannot eat bread so that was not an option. The app should not let you order something they cannot make or they should notify you prior to arriving at the store. Now I’m at work trying to figure out something to eat for dinner. I understand places run out of things but there should not be a way to order it if they can’t make it! So frustrated!

  ⭐ Review of Subway (Casper, WY location 2nd Street Location) ⭐ I placed an order for a tuna sandwich, a cold cut combo (which was supposed to include Doritos and a Coke), and two boxes of cookies. What I received was unacceptable: • The “cold cut” had no meat—only onions, lettuce, olives, and sauce. • Doritos were missing entirely. • I was given extra cookies I never ordered. Instead of notifying the delivery driver that they didn’t have the proper items, the store decided to throw together whatever they had and still charged me. To make matters worse, I found a long blonde hair in my food. I have photos documenting everything. This is dishonest, unsafe, and a violation of basic food standards. I will be reporting this business to the health department. Customers deserve transparency and safe food, not deception and contamination. Do not order from this Subway.

  The guy taking my order was great but the owner came in right behind me in line and decided he wanted to make his own food; which would have been fine but he didn’t put gloves on and was touching everything and all the scoops with his bare hands and eating out of the bowl he was making while he waited. He even licked Doritos dust off his fingers. So to my standards that’s not a clean practice and really grossed me out. If he came in front of me in line I would have left seeing that. Just gross.

  Ordered a spicy buffalo nacho sub she put steak on it not the rotisserie Chicken. Their own signature subs they have no knowledge did the same to the pepperoni meatball. Confused on how employees don't know their own signature subs?
