Called to see if they would remake it or if I could get a refund and go get some food that is cooked and the person that answered the phone was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL . Let me know there would be no refund even after I offered to returned the NON COOKED PORTION i did receive and hung up on me when I told him that was horrible customer service. When I asked to speak to a manager he informed me he was the manager. I would like management to contact me. As I have reached out to the other stores with my number and information. One piece is missing out of the pizza because we tried to see if it was edible… it was not

Salad bar looks like it’s been out for hours when we showed about 45mins after opening. Lettuce was brown. No pasta nothing. Who calls this a buffet, absolute joke. Save yourself the disappointment and spend the extra few bucks for pizza ranch.

Went back to the app to double check and they were there so I called back got hung up on 3 times after a super long wait each time. Then finally got through and got told that the app wasn’t updated. When I finally got to the store was that they were super slow and no I didn’t get hung up on.

Thinking it wouldn't be terrible price! They guy charged us 72.99 for the buffet. When I asked how much it was for a buffet normally comes with drinks.....10.99 for adults 7.99for kids. Is what I was told by another person. But she also was telling me they changed separate for dinks which was 3.99for each. Totally a rip off! We could have went to old Chicago for that amount an had full meals an great service. Good luck to you all
