Couldn't have picked a worse time. When we finally reached the food window, I noticed their service tracking monitor indicated it took over 7 minutes for me to reach the cashier. Another 11 minutes to reach the food window! There were 4 cars in front of me too! Whatever happened to McDonalds quick drive-thru? I don't frequent McDonalds regularly. I have been to enough of them though to know this isn't typical. I can only assume management and/or staffing issues that night.
