Said I needed to speak to the kitchen manager. I asked to speak to the kitchen manager. She hung up on me. This is not how you run a successful business. I can not have salt. You all need to learn to be kind and respectful. You need some leadership training. Learn to be kind. Listen to your customers.

When I went inside I told them about the parking lot ice rink they had out there. The guy at the front immediately went and told people in the back. By the time we left they still hadn't salted the area. My husband and a stranger helped me right after I fell, I wish I had got the stranger's name. It wasn't an employee.

Customers won't be back when the app takes rewards points and you DO NOT get the item you paid rewards points for removed from the total. On top of them being continuously slow and inaccurate, they appear to be either faking that their system isn't taking four digit codes or simply not giving you the promotion in order to squeeze you for a bit more. I would reccomend Wendy's instead, their rewards always work.
