The drive thru Is rude and uneducated. But this one in Casper She should not belong to the customer service. I ordered today in the drive tru and her name is KRISTINA. My husband was in a hurry and I am not ready for my order and instead I just ordered an ice cream and I go like I just want a chocolate ice cream with nuts and this RUDE drive thru named KRISTINA had said I DONT HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU JUST ORDERED!!!! My goodness RUDE KRISTINA you are in the customer service you need some patience to have offered what you have or at least ask politely. You do not belong to the customer service you are so RUDE!!!! You lose my appetite so I threw away the ice cream that I ordered from you. I am not done yet I will call the main office for my formal complaint tomorrow. You need to be retrained! You don't need to be in the customer service!!!!!
