Waited 45 minutes no drinks besides water and no server for food and watched 4 other couples come in get drinks and orders done and still nothing after mentioning no waitress

If Josh is your server, make sure you're a big table. My wife and I waited an hour and a half for our food and watched people that came in 45 minutes after we did order, eat, and pay. Worst BWW experience ever. Other than that it is a great restaurant.

Let me set the scene. It’s -4 degrees outside. NEGATIVE FOUR. The kind of cold where your face hurts and your ancestors start whispering “go home.” On top of that, I have tendinitis, so every step feels like my body filing a formal complaint. But hey—10 free boneless wings were on the line. Earlier, I spoke with an associate on the phone because my account offer wasn’t working. I was told, very clearly, that if I came in person, they’d help me redeem the coupon. Cool. Painful? Yes. Worth it? I thought so. I get there and meet Gabby. Gabby immediately informs me that she can’t honor the coupon unless I order delivery 🤨 Interesting, because that requirement exists nowhere in the terms and conditions—unless they’re written in invisible ink. I say okay, let’s do delivery then. Gabby responds that she doesn’t know how to do that. At this point, I’m cold, in pain, and watching the concept of logic leave the building. Throughout this entire interaction, Gabby maintained a level of nonchalance so intense it could be studied academically. No urgency. No concern. Just vibes. I ask if substitutions are possible. She says she’ll check—She’s gone so long that two employees and an unrelated customer ask if I need help. I almost started working a shift. Then, as another employee walks by (red hair), Gabby hands me off like a group project she forgot was due. The red-haired employee then casually informs me that Gabby was wrong, the coupon didn’t need to be delivery… they were just “out of boneless wings.” Cool. Love that journey for me. So I limp back home, tendinitis screaming, soul bruised, questioning reality—and decide to try DoorDash. I order boneless wings. THEY ARRIVE. MAGICAL. APPARENTLY THE BONESLESS WINGS WERE JUST SHY. Now I’m starting to understand the name Buffalo Wild Wings, because a LOT of wild things happened: Wild that the coupon rules changed mid-conversation Wild that no one knew how delivery works Wild that boneless wings were simultaneously unavailable and available Wild that any of this is a real place The only reason I’m leaving stars at all is because I called the manager afterward—and she was INCREDIBLE. Calm, kind, helpful, and actually listened. She quickly figured out the DoorDash issue and asked what she could do to make things right. I asked for a free appetizer. She went above and beyond, offering a coupon that covers that and then some—and even said she’d mail it to me so I wouldn’t have to go back out in the cold. Another wild thing? Wild that such a great manager is out here fighting for her life in this establishment. Give that woman a raise. Or a vacation. Or both.
