Thank you we will stop in on our way home now
- SOShirley OkersonJun 12, 20255.0Thank you for the service. I ordered a protein bowl. The meat and cheese was cut up in small pieces. The server took time to cut up the cucumber and tomato also. The lettuce and spinach looked old. I opted not to have it in my salad. Can subway buy smaller packages of these items? A small community can not use these items fast enough to keep them from getting old. Cabbage is a good base for a salad. And last longer than head lettuce. Thank you Big Piney Subway

They were clearly open when we arrived around 11AM, the woman working said nothing to us while we stood in line and looked at the menu. It was just two of us, and there was one person in front of us. We stood there for 2 maybe 3 minutes and when she finished up with the person in front of us she walked up and pulled the glass down over the food, then set a paper down that said "Sorry, Subway will be closed today" and said nothing else. No apology or explanation, just a piece of paper saying they would be closed. I'm not sure if she was short staffed or what, but there were only two of us in the line. I don't know why she couldn't serve us, and I would have been okay with it had she given us the slightest explanation or apology, but she just rudely declined to serve us with a piece of paper. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I won't waste my time trying to go there next time I'm going through the area.
