  My family and I went into Taco Bell today at 11 am. We walked in and it was disgusting. Everything was covered in old food, so we just figured night shift didn’t clean. Well as we are ordering our food on the kiosk the lady’s in the back kept cussing, the manager laughing and there were two family’s who walked out. I shouted there are kids out here and they laughed while also saying let’s now start our day. They got our order wrong, along with another order from the customers after us. I order from this restaurant frequently, usually through the drive-through but my first time going in was last week and heard coworkers talking amongst themselves about others cussing them, being on drugs and not doing their work. Now today I actually go into eat and everything is filthy. This is a newer restaurant, there should be no issues with maintaining a clean facility and having a safe environment for children.

  While the food was warm, it just was not up to par. The “seasoned nacho fries” had no seasoning on them whatsoever, the churros were hard as a rock, and since when did we have AI taking our orders?!
