- ATAutumn TFeb 19, 20132.0This was by far the worst subway experience I have ever had, this past Sat. If you can avoid this location at all costs please do. There is a much better location only 10 minutes away that had excellent service. First there was absolutely no parking at all I know it is located in a downtown area but they need to get something. I was craving subway something fierce hence why we were willing to deal with the parking issue and walk and then drive after this horrific experience. My husband asked the ladies if they could make a subway club with no ham and replace it with extra beef and the older lady said "no we cant do that". Then he asked if they could make it with just no ham the older lady said again "no we cant do that" then he asked if there was anyway that we could get a sandwich w/o ham since I cant eat ham and if we had to we would pay extra and the older lady yet again responded with "no we cant do that". So he said forget it and we left. This older lady was unbelievably shockingly rude. Come on I thought this was "FebruANY". Thank god the lady at the other location knew that "yes" you can do that and I got the sandwich I was asking for with no problem there.
