Show up to pick up my order and the door is locked with the deadbolt, even though the neon open sign is lit up and all of the lights are on. It looked like it had been abandoned by the employees. Paid for my food online prior to picking it up, and never received it. Not only did I not get my sub, I did not get any lunch due to my small lunch break time frame. Called elm grove subway and was told they had received many calls lately about that exact issue.
