The food was fine. However, the rude older, heavier-set lady (looked about mid 40s-ish) who was working the register was absolutely horrible. I wish I had gotten her name. My family had just stepped inside and we stood towards the back because we were still looking at the menu and deciding what to order. We did not stand anywhere near the counter that way if anyone else came up, they could go ahead of us since we were still deciding. I was reading some of the menu items to my mom since she couldn't see the menu well, and the lady angrily shouts across to us, "is this for here or to go?" There was another man standing next to us so we assumed she was talking to him since we were obviously not ready to order yet. We told the man, "Sorry you can go ahead of us, we're still figuring out our order." He smiled said, "oh thank you but I'm actually just a doordasher so I'm just gonna slide by ya. But thank you guys!" The lady then again shouts, "Um. Yea is this for here or to go??" My dad says, "oh, ours will be for here. But-" she cuts him off and says, "ok? So what can I get you?" And rolls her eyes. I stopped helping my mom momentarily to explain, "I'm sorry. We are still looking at the menu and just aren't ready to order yet. We're still looking I'm sorry." She rolls her eyes at me ignores what I said and looks at my dad annoyed. He says, "ah well I can at least tell you what I'm getting." And proceeds with his order. Then she doesn't look up and says, "uh huh. Yea, What else?" I finished helping my mom decide and then added her order but the lady was so impatient with us. My brother stepped up and ordered 2 chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches just the sandwich and she got even more annoyed and said, "uhh what?!" My brother has autism and tried to speak louder but she rolled her eyes so my dad took over and repeated it. I was going to get a meal but was so flustered and fed up with her attitude and eye rolling and how she was talking to all of us so I just got a milkshake. When my boyfriend gave his order she kept interrupting and rushing him and when he tried to speed up to match the pace she was demanding she couldn't keep up and got confused. She rolled her eyes and angrily told my dad the total and as he was about to put the card in the chip reader, she says, "yea pay here" like that's literally what he was doing! My dad has more patience than me I guess cause he just smiled and said thank you. When the receipt printed she slammed the tray down on the counter and then receipt was curling she got pissed and then kept slamming it down repeatedly on the tray. I thought she was trying to get my dad's attention to take the receipt so I went to take it and she angrily said, "well it has to stay on the tray.." I said "sorry" and laid it on the tray and she rolled her eyes AGAIN.. I was livid at this point and when she got food she tossed the napkins on top and sarcastically told my dad, "that's it. Have a nice day." And rolled her eyes one last time as my dad said thank you you too. Everyone else there was very kind smiled at us and one lady came out to check on us as we were waiting to ask if there was anything else she could get us. Very kind and pleasant. But whoever the older heavier-set lady was should not be working in customer service industry. Extremely rude. I know the holidays can be a rough time. So I hope she's ok and I will pray for her. But this was not ok and I hope whatever she's going through, she is able to find peace but she needs to learn to be more mindful of her attitude. But many thanks to the other workers there and I hope they all get bonuses just for having to deal with her.
