  Over a 30 minute wait for 5 donut holes. This is after the order was put in ahead of time. The answer I was given when asked why it takes so long, “I don’t know.”

  Not on top of it. Sat in mobile order line for 10 minutes while the regular line went through perfectly fine.

  I placed an order on the app. When I got there they said the espresso machine was broken. Not their fault, so not a huge deal. However, I was offered a drip coffee as replacement. Considering I paid more than double what that would cost, I asked for a refund. I was told to go to the manager, so I did. She just left me standing there for several minutes while she messed around with receipts. I ended up leaving, so I wouldn’t be late for work. I tried contacting Dunkin’ and was just ignored. I guess I’m just out $5. I rarely came here, anyway, because the service is always slow and rude. Definitely will never be back!
