  Used to go to this location frequently, but the night shift crew is so rude. Ive been avoiding picking up food from this location at night as much as possible because there is someone that works the drive thru that always has an attitude and is extremely rude. I like to get two large waters when I order food, and I've been doing this for years with no problems until I started going to this location. They refused to give me water in large cups and tried to make me pay $3. When I went through the drive thru and asked for water in the largest cup possible, they immediately gave me an attitude and said "no, we serve our water in medium cups so you will get a medium" with such an attitude. As somebody who used to manage a taco bell, it's not that deep. I don't have much money because I am a stay at home mom, but I like to get a treat every once in a while. The day shift crew never disappoints, but the night shift crew is something else. Terrible service.

  So when we went through the drive thru this evening, I place our order and go to the window and realize my daughter’s food wasn’t on the receipt. Thinking that she may not of heard me I asked her to add it on. The women (whom I assume is Kristen K as listed on the receipt) tell me I have to drive back around. Which would have been fine if I wasn’t the ONLY car in the drive thru/parking lot. So I called and asked to speak to the manager, and wanted to see the the manager was Kristen K. When I asked the managers name she REFUSED to give it claiming “she wasn’t comfortable”
