Many times the orders have been wrong or missing straws or items. I really can't say enough how much you may end up waiting getting food here. Twice I went to order and stood there just being looked at no one even said hello. Then when I finally got my food both times looked like an elementary student made it because it was just thrown together. It was so bad I threw it away both times. Never have this poor service or food quality when I go to the Weirton or Steubenville location. A district manager should step up and spend some time in this store helping the manager teach the crew members customer service and how to clean the store. I won’t be giving any of my $ to this location.
