  Great Taco bell. Always has great food and fast. Although it seems like you have to use the AI when you go through the drive-thru now which I disagree with I'd rather just talk to a real person, but to be fair it does work well.

  Employees were cool and polite but they were replaced by a robot when ordering. And the food is always stale and old, almost consistently.

  Went to here on January 7, 2026. They got the order right and the Girl at the window was friendly, But this Taco Bell from what I can tell forces you to engage with AI now at the drive through window. I’m one of the best

  It's taco bell, the food never changes. That said, the employees are usually polite and friendly, and willing to help you find specific things on the kiosk or offer suggestions if the menu gets to be too much. It helps that they are one of the few places that are even open after 9 in wellsburg. Fast order ready times, and moderately consistent for the price.

  There are no employees working the counters at this location. They have gone to a kiosk only setup where all ordering is done from a screen. That wouldn't normally be a big issue but when added with the problem of food quality, it all adds up. Ive given this location more than a few chances the past month and it always seems to be the same issue. Very old, aged ingredients, especially tortillas. They are dry and crumble apart. Even the gorditas, when fried, turn into crumbled messes. This was my last attempt with this location.
