Decided to leave and go to Wendys for a frosty. Last night, we went to the speaker and no response. I made sure to say "Hello" several times into the speaker. Waited 5 minutes, simply pulled around and told the lady at the window my order. The unusual thing was, when I pulled up, she asked me if someone had taken my order yet. This indicated to me that she was aware that customers are being left at the speaker. I didn't see where any of the 3 employees even had a headset on. Food was normal DQ food. Nobody was rude or anything like that. Total time for this, so called, fast food was 15 minutes

I waited almost another five minutes before someone bothered to ask if they could help me. For the staff to tell me that she was sorry that there was only one staff up front and one in the drive thru. I’m not one to complain however every time in the past couple months I have came here after four, they take an ungodly amount of time to even ask for your order.
