    23 minutes in the drive-thru! 1 car ahead of me. When I knocked on the window and asked I was told "...waiting on the chicken. " Left the food there. That will be the last time.

    2nd time issue with the service here. Both involved no response when pulling into the drive-thru. The 1st time, weeks ago, we waited for about 5 minutes at the speaker. Decided to leave and go to Wendys for a frosty. Last night, we went to the speaker and no response. I made sure to say "Hello" several times into the speaker. Waited 5 minutes, simply pulled around and told the lady at the window my order. The unusual thing was, when I pulled up, she asked me if someone had taken my order yet. This indicated to me that she was aware that customers are being left at the speaker. I didn't see where any of the 3 employees even had a headset on. Food was normal DQ food. Nobody was rude or anything like that. Total time for this, so called, fast food was 15 minutes

    Worst Dairy Queen anywhere. Our chicken basket included 4 tiny, hard as rocks chicken strips, 7 french fries and a gravy cup in which the gravy barely covered the bottom of the cup. We will never spend another penny here.
