  What the point in ordering in app if everytime I get here they don’t start it until I arrive i understand the fresh aspect but the reason the app is even used is to pre order for counter pickup so I’m not sitting here for a hour. It’s gonna taste the same regardless if it sits for 10 minutes or a hour. Great people working, but I don’t get why it isn’t ready when I ordered 30 minutes ago. I would like to give more business but can’t turn a 30 minute lunch break into a hour. This is going to extremely hurt your business by running it this way corporate’s decision or not.

  i personally witness the employees blatantly ignore a customer. they were too busy talking, one of the employees did look his way but went back to talking. would not recommend this place or their roaches.

  I went inside and walked up to the counter and was ignored by staff. They acknowledged I was there and I made attempts to get their attention and was still ignored. I wouldn’t recommend this taco bell to anybody, they never get orders or order names right, and their staff is very unprofessional.

  We stopped here today 11-17-25 I ordered a bean burrito I don't care much about the wrap so I was pulling some off. I found that I only had maybe tea spoon of beans, take it back manager's excuse was it's BEACUSE OF THE SHUT DOWN. I'm like do What. I told him no wonder u don't have very many customers here... I Will Not Go Back there .
