  Everytime mess up orders staff is not very friendly service you stand at the counter and they look at you and take them 10 minutes to come get your order

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I never thought I'd have to write this kind of review. I just visited this location at 6:25 AM. After paying for my food and asking for a receipt, the manager told me "the system was down." She was clearly stressed, erratic, and strung out from her shift. It appeared that she was unable to handle the 4-5 cars in the drive thru at this time. I asked her if she could send me a photo of the receipt or if she could hand write what I purchased, so that I could reimburse the same (I'm traveling on business). Instead of speaking to me like a human being (let alone her customer), she told me that if I didn't leave, she'd call the police on me. 15 seconds later, she called the police. This entire exchange took about 2 minutes from "may I have a receipt" to "I'm calling the police." I awaited for police to arrive after pulling over into a parking lot space, explained the situation, and they were able to have her agree to simply email me a receipt when the system came back on. This conclusion could have been reached within seconds if she simply paused, spoke to me like an adult, and taken a moment to process the situation. A truly absurd and inexcusable experience. Honestly, it's more disappointing than anything that anyone would feel comfortable treating and threatening another person like that. The police should not be used by McDonald's as a sword to threaten their customers. I hope this doesn't happen to the next "customer" who happens to stop here while traveling to Weirton.

  They people there were friendly could've been better, the speed of service was okay I was there roughly 3 minutes after getting to the second window, the food was fresh but its McDonald's so the max i would give there food is a 3

  Foods always wrong cold and insanely overpriced and it’s also terrible for us just don’t do it to yourself
