Why would you have me stand in line for 15-20 min then tell the customers in line you can’t take any orders till you get the drive thru customers first I can see why this is a one star place now ..NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUISNESS

It's bad. The drinks are watered down. You always have to pull up or park. Your food is cold (why am I waiting?) You get about half an order of fries. I feel like an idiot thinking this place will get better. It's getting worse.

I need to just keep doing what been doing eating at home. Food is Usually cold. And today what's that called Carmel crunch. Lot of crunch and vanilla but barely no Carmel. Mostly nobody wants to work. So they hire whatever they can get.
