They can't ever get the order right, I mean they literally never put any syrup in my drink and I have to waste my time, money, gas to go back and get it fixed when I already spent my money on them to begin with. Also they have at least one staff member that runs the drive dru window that is very unfriendly and clearly hates her job. We say thank you or have a good day every single time but she basically throws the drink at you, doesn't say a single word then shut the window. Doesn't even acknowledge you. If you hate your job so much get a new one.
