    I purchased 2 roast beef sliders with cheddar cheese and a small curly fry. They were patient and kind at window and the order was right.

    Why bother asking if a customer wants curly or crinkle cut fries when you're just going to give them those nasty curly fries? And why is there a wait and everything is always cold?

    I just ordered a Gyro with no tomato and a Italian beef dip... It was horrible all of it. First of my Gyro was poorly put together and my Italian beef dip was saturated with grease. Furthermore the staff where immature. Poor service, poor quality there Arby's.
