You ever drove and try to drink without a straw. I talked to the manager Jacob, the voice when he came on the phone. Already told me he was really concerned. He Had excuse for everything!! I told him I didn’t order excuses. I ordered food. $35 worth. Now, with all this said. If this was the first time, I wouldn’t have complained. This Is a common problem with this Wendy’s. Management don’t care, why should the employees, that seems to be the mentality there. They really need to train new people and start over!! When I was hanging up the phone, I told him have a nice day. Silence!! I repeated, have a nice day sir. Oh, he was sorry, he was doing something!! My concerns you see went far!! You can’t teach an old dog new tricks. I didn’t want any discount or replacement food. Just what I ordered. It would be nice to have quality, what Wendy’s advertises. That’s a joke at Wayne Wendy’s!!! It’s sad this is all we have to choose from at Wayne. This place has no reason to worry about improving. No competition and people will still go there no matter what they serve. It’s Out Wayne!!! This is the bottom of the barrel!!!!!

This place is run by hateful 12-year-olds with no communication skills. I was very nice and sociable, and nobody at either window would respond, and they just gave me the evil eye with a "here," then slamming my debit card and my small, meager order into my car. This place is proof that the Hills Have Eyes. Watch the movie, then drive thru this Wendy's. I also got really bad diarrhea afterwards and that's all I ate today. Wonder why?
