Every time I go through the drive-thru, I pay then they make me pull away from the drive-thru and park in a nearby parking space, telling me “We’ll bring you your food shortly.” This is unacceptable service. I understand it’s to get drive-thru times down, but there should be no excuse why you must make the customer leave the window before they are handed their food. If you want your times down, then work harder. This happens to every single car that drives through, it infuriates all of us.
On another note, my order was wrong, after i’ve waited 15 minutes for it. The same exact situation happened to the customer before me who had to wait for theirs, just to have to leave their car and walk inside the store to complain. The fast food is not fast, it is not accurate, and we are met with terrible customer service.

Drove 30 minutes specifically to grab DQ. Was 8pm when I arrived, voicemail says they close at 9:30 pm, google says they close at 9pm, someone answered the phone and said they close at 8pm. Hope they fix their hours.
I had a bad experience, but the General Manager was absolutely amazing, very apologetic, and kind and cared..People please give this store another chance, he's trying so hard, thank you. He takes care of problems, he does , he listens.
Went through the drive thru here and all of the lights were turned off even though they were hours from closing. There were no cars in the drive thru because the place looked closed and they were conveniently “out” of everything I tried to order. The kids working were also quite rude. Definitely will NOT be visiting this location again.
