  Chicken is way, too spicy🥵 They should have it without the spice for those who can't eat overly spiced food. Also, went the other day & the white rice upfront was hard! The manager informed me that the rice in the back was better, so she gave me that. What struck me as odd was, they continued to serve the hard rice to other customers?!

  Cold meat, rice isn’t cooked fully, Iv only been here twice and probably won’t be back.

  When you go in there, the staff is really nice but this food makes another food like why is there veggies in the queso and sour cream and chicken in the pork and vice versa but I’m super hungry I don’t care I eat anything but then I got my food. The portions were kind of skimpy. I still didn’t care. It’s just when I chew the rice. It shouldn’t feel like rice crispies or rock candy so basically smaller than average portions, crunchy rice and cold meat

  Do you like to have mediocre food with a deluxe side of irritating and obviously inconveniencing the employees with your existence? Look no further than right here. I have tried for over 2 years to give this place a chance to no avail. It started with minor stuff like being told that I didn't know how to use the app (I had ordered online) and that I was not going to be given a drink at the window, I needed to come in. Just a bad day right? Nope. Forgot my Paid order of chips. I called, no answer, my coworker also had an order, she could explain and grab them right? you would of thought that she was holding up fort Knox. Go in, maybe they are just annoyed by online orders.. get treated like you are impeding on some intricate heart surgery they are preforming, and God forbid if you get queso or guac, the entire zip code will know to make sure that profits are turned and you are out of their way. I sat in line another time for 10 minutes and when it was my turn, they told me "we thought you weren't coming" I was sitting there the whole time. But today, as I sat right at the window for pick up, pondering my own existence, because there I sat for over 7 minutes as I was 1 foot from my food and 3 feet and 5 feet from "busy" workers, who finally took time out of the operation to ask if I was (insert whatever names here) and when I corrected him, he was of course flippant in response, because whatever I was there for wasn't possibly valid to stop them from what they were being programmed to do. So farewell Chipotle, I will never interfere in your day with my money again. I hope one day a place with at least one smiling place is in the spot. You poor miserable souls.
