  Peyton is a exceptional waitress. She goes above and beyond and always has a smile on her face. She is thoughtful and courteous. You're lucky to have such talent.

  My hometown QS&L shut down years ago. I was driving through on a business trip and saw the sign, so I had to stop. I was not disappointed. Brighton S. Was a great server. Very pleasant and attentive. The wings were every bit as good as I remember them being from years ago. Thank you for great service. 5 stars all around!

  All in needed was a bottle of sauce, several of the workers looked at me but not once acknowledged that I was waiting, so of course I left. 10 minutes of nothing and several seeing me is crazy.

  Placed a to go order for 12 boneless wings, 6 with medium sauce, 6 with bbq sauce. The medium had NO sauce at all and the bbq sauce tasted horrible, almost like it was mixed with some other sauce and barely had any sauce as well. These are the worst wings I've honestly ever had and I usually love QS&L wings but these were terrible. If I had eaten in the restaurant I would have sent them back but because I got my food to go I didn't want to drive back and wait to reorder. Other than the food, the staff was very friendly, but the manager couldn't figure out how to operate the handheld digital ordering device and then half way thru taking my order it seemed like he just forgot I was there and walked away to hang out with someone on the other side of the bar and talk only to never return. He was friendly but was completely scatter brained to say the least and as a manager he should at the very least be able to take a to go order. The bartender finished placing my order a few minutes later after I asked. She had to reenter my order because the manager did it wrong. After a long day at work, then waiting about 40 minutes to get my food which I was pretty excited to enjoy, then driving to the hotel, and discovering that my food was absolutely gross not to mention it cost me $50 ... it goes without saying that I will not be returning to this location in the future. KFC and BDubs definitely make better wings, they cost a fifth of what these did, and they are ready in a quarter of the time or less, so QS&L needs to step up their game in a major way in my opinion ! I mean they are known for their wings but fumbled this order in every way ! Sorry to be negative, but this is the truth and my experience was a bit ridiculous and aggravating.

  Came to see a live performance. The server was almost a missing person, the steak was tough and almost burnt, and the salad had rotten lettuce or something in it. It was an absolutely disgusting experience. Highly recommend skipping this place. Cool card stuff, but the food and service was horrible.
