  This is literally the worst jimmy John’s I’ve been to. The entire place was dirty. The bathroom was filthy and there was no paper towels to dry your hands. The lemonade was out, the ice was falling everywhere, even the lids were out. Every single table was dirty. Then to top it off the employees are so loud talking amongst themselves, and then what you can hear is drowned out by the even louder music. Pick literally any where else. Seriously.

  Terrible sandwhich. The pickle is almost bigger than the sandwhich the ranch is so runny it won’t stay in the sandwhich the lettuce is brown. Never getting again. This cost 17 dollars

  DO NOT GO HERE!! WORST experience with fast food I have had in quite a while. I came here and they were completely irresponsible and non-responsive as well as extremely slow. No surprise, its West Virginia! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and would rec that you KEEP DRIVING. I'm considering writing a complaint against this location - it was that bad. In my view, company management should shut it down for their general reputation.

  Went to the Wheeling Nailers game. They scored within the 2 minute time frame and they said Jimmy Johns would honor a 8" sub and medium drink since there was a goal within that time range. Go to get our sub and drink and they won't honor it at all. Said they had to turn away multiple people. Spoke with wesbanco and the nailers spokesperson said they have to honor it and to mention Rachel's name which is the manager. So I go back and do so and they still won't honor it. Rachel even came in and completely ignored us after the crew kept saying " Hi Rachel, There's Rachel and they told her I was there and she did NOTHING. She stayed in the back until we had left. Can't even discuss anything with a customer. What a manager 😂 What a joke Jimmy Johns is. After dealing with all of that and the attitudes behind it we won't be back!
