One of the sides was left off the order which we didnt realize until we were on the road again. Salad was barely a salad with about 5 bites of lettuce, and no cucumbers (they were out). Restaurant wasn't very clean. Counter server was friendly.

A couple of the girls in the kitchen section saw us, but we had to wait on the guy, now there is a self help kiosk, but I figured with 4 or 5 people standing there, why not have them wait on us. The guy didn't even hang up his call, just told whoever he was on the phone withto hang on, and then laid his phone down on the counter. This was my first time going in to Panera Bread, and will more than likely be my last. I would have left, but my wife wanted to stay. Not sure if this is the norm, but it kinda ruined my first Panera Bread experience. I
