  Seems like no one wants to hurry. No sense of direction. VERY LONG wait times. Like a one meal at a time kinda won't get it. All I know, is that the few times I have visited, I left extremely frustrated..

  Slowest place I've ever been. Waited over 45 minutes for my food. One person standing around doing nothing while people walk in and leave without ordering. Food ended up being poorly assembled, missing toppings and smushed.

  Older manager was awful. April 2nd 2026. Was highly unprofessional which made the WHOLE experience as a whole unforgettable in all the wrong ways. However, Ali is always exceptional and have never had a bad experience with her or when she is working.

  I keep getting reminded of why I don't generally eat here. I ordered a single with cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup. No lettuce and the fries are not fresh, almost stale. Why do they ask you what they can get started fresh for you if it's not going to be fresh? The minute I paid my bag was being held out the second window. That doesn't scream fresh, that screams "take your sub-par food and leave." Very disappointed.

  On the way home from visiting the grandkids, a 600 mile trek, I had a craving for a light lunch of chili. Was going to try a family diner in a small town in WV but suddenly saw WENDYS! Hadn't been to one in years and their chili and crackers hit the spot! YAAY!!
