If you need a fork with your meal, you had better bring one from home because they will not put one in the bag, even when you ask, "Is there a form in the bag?" and they reply, "yes." There isn't.

When we got out of the car, the bag ripped and our food ended up in the driveway. I called and spoke to the manager that was on duty, Trey. He was very kind and promised to replace our order. 2 days later, I went to pick up the order. The manager on duty said she wouldn't do it and she called the general manager. They put me on the phone with her and she basically called me a liar. I will go out of my way to bypass this McDonald's and give my business to another one.
