  I had a mobile order that I was going to pick up through the drive through. However, the line was all the way out into the road so i switched it to a pickup mobile order so I can just grab it inside without waiting in line. I waited at the mobile pickup area for over 20 minutes and no one ever said my name for my order or put anything on the pickup area. So I went up to the counter and my food was just sitting there…ice cold and unattended. I understand it is a busy area but all they had to do was shout the order name or put it in the correct location. I’ve always had issues with this location but this will be the last time I spend my money here. All I got was ice cold food and 20+ minutes of my lunch waisted. Something needs to change with this location ASAP!

  My regular Wendy's stop when I need my Wendy's fix is the Dunbar, WV location. They've never failed to come close to the ad photos. Service is good. They usually have some good deals if you're on a budget.
