    Ordered through the drive thru. No straws, 2 meals and only 1 napkin and no sauce at all for the nuggets! Food wasn’t hot! Mediocre would be an upscale review! Don’t waste your money!

    Terrible experience at the Wendy’s on Washington Street East in Charleston, WV. I was the only person in the lobby and still waited over 15 minutes just to be acknowledged and have my order taken. I was there with my hungry 2-year-old and 6-year-old, yet staff showed zero urgency. The excuse was that the drive-thru was busy. It was not that busy. They also couldn’t make change for cash, and when I asked where the manager was he replied "back there". To make things worse, I watched the employee working fries stick his finger in a cup of whipped cream and lick it, which was completely unsanitary. After ordering, it took another 10 minutes for nuggets and fries, 5 more minutes for a junior Frosty, and one Frosty was forgotten until I reminded them. After the crew member poured my moms coffee he stated, "see if its cold, its been sitting there all day". Needless to say, she requested a new pot be made and then had to wait even longer. From the time we ordered until she got her coffee, it took almost 30 minutes. The pictures attached show exactly why the employees were not prepared for business. Unacceptable service, no management presence, and serious cleanliness concerns. Will not return and will avoid this location at all cost.
