Went thru this morning, 2/3/26, for breakfast for my workmates. Ordered the Bacon Egg and cheese croissant combo minus the breakfast sauce as my co worker hates mayo type sauces. Then I order the sausage egg and cheese croissant as it comes. I received 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, both with NO sauce. Everything was COLD. I went at 7a.m. Everything should've been hot as it is prime breakfast time. The potatoes were ice cold. It was infuriating and embarrassing to see my Co workers have to heat up their food, as my drive from the restaurant to the office was maybe 2 minutes. No excuse other than just bad management.

If I could give a negative star I would
tried to order breakfast. was told they did not have my chosen items. so I ordered the baconator breakfast sandwich & a 4 piece french toast sticks. the egg on the sandwich was so tough you couldn't bite through it. and the sticks tasted burnt like they had sit there and they deep fried them again so they would be warm. I ended up throwing my entire meal in the trash.
when i was told my original items was not available,(potato wedges) i suggested maybe offering fries instead, the first employee closed the window and completely ignored me, the second employee that handed me my food was rude and very dismissive.
I would definitely NOT recommend breakfast from this location

The only reason I gave one star is because even though Wendy’s hasn’t come out with their frosty key tags for 2026 yet, when they usually have them in-time for the new year, this Wendy’s wouldn’t let us get frosty’s on the previous years key tags when other Wendy’s do honor it. In fact I know a lady that works at Wendy’s for years and she said that Wendy’s was supposed to honor the previous years key tags in this situation however this Wendy’s for some reason didn’t. I know not that supper big of an issue, but it was their fault for being late on having the key tags out and I think they could be courteous and let the previous years count until the new ones come out. Other than that it was a nice place, and I wouldn’t have any complaints were it not for that.

Ordered my breakfast and the sandwich was not even put together. I ordered the breakfast baconator. I didn't know I was going to have to put my sandwich together... The French toast sticks are so hard I can use them as a hammer. The tator wedges are so old they should have retired years ago... Worse damn Wendy's I've ever had. The staff unfriendly. Disgusting and couldn't put their phones down long enough to do anything. Lazy. Sit waiting for my food for 30 minutes. Will not be returning.
