- TMTiffani Myers3 days ago1.0If I could give them less than one star, I would! I spent over $100 at Christmas time to feed my family. The first order I placed was missing a family bundle ( my mistake ) so I placed a separate order and accidentally selected pick up. After waiting over an hour I called and they advised it was placed for pick up. The employee said they would change it to delivery and it would arrive shortly. After waiting another 45 mins I called again and was told that their driver had 4 orders ahead of mine and I asked if I could just redeem it at a later time. The employee said that was fine and she would add the credit to my account. I called today to redeem my credit and was told they had to call a regional manager for permission and would call me back, okay?!? Called back and said unfortunately they could not honor my credit because it was not put in the system and they were in trouble for too many credits being given. I work in the food industry, I get that people lie and try to scam for free food. I deal with this all the time. This was not the case. Because your employee did not do their job correctly, I am getting ripped off for $35? I’m sorry, but I can’t support a business that treats their customers this way.
