Not a one-off visit. Every time. And when I say slow, I’m including the time in London when I had to explain to both the employee and the manager that I wanted a sausage biscuit and they thought I was asking for a sausage wrapped in cookies.

I had to drive around and order at the window, then had to pull up to wait on my food. If it wasn't for the fact that my husband was at work and wanted McDonald's I wouldve just left and gone some where else. It seems every time I go there, somethings always messed up or I have to wait almost 30 minutes for my food.
